We are a family run business and have lived here in La Marina for 12 years. When we purchased a property back in 2003 things were very different as the area had just started to develop. Now the urbanisation is very well established and an excellent place to both live or holiday in. The beautiful white sandy beaches are just a 5 minute drive and being only 20 mins away from several shopping malls and airports makes this a perfect location.
It is well known that the climate affects health. People who live in sunny climates tend to be happier and more relaxed. The Costa Blanca enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year. Besides this the foreign population who live here get a great quality of life without paying huge amounts of money to enjoy it.
If you are interested in living in here too, the question then is: How long are you willing to wait before buying your property here? The sooner the better.
