The job is to tile a small stand up shower which is done but now I need the punch list completed and I can’t get them to come back for it even though they have not received full payment. I am having company this weekend so I need both of my showers functioning. Here is the list: 1. Mider an overlay border. 2. Replace grout on all three sides at the top of the shower so it matches the rest of the grout 3.recut the tile on the left top side to the correct measurement and regrout 4. Caulk around shower handle 5. Turn inside handle facing the right side up 6. Sand walls on outside of shower smooth 7. Add tile border to side of walls from ceiling to floor with grout 8. Fix recessed box so that grout line matches the rest of the shower 9. Clean up extra grout in the corners of the shower 10. Grout tiles on outside of shower there are only 3 11. Clean up extra grout on outside walls of shower 12. Sand the hole in the wall where the vanity was removed so that it is smooth and ready to be painted .13. Address whatever is making the leak in the ceiling. 14. Also the drain in the bathroom downstairs works but the stopper does not go up and down.
