  http://www.jackiereys.com/ in Kona, we stayed at the hands down most beautiful bungalow near volcanos national park. We also did a great scuba trip out of Kona. Dinner at Fairmont Orchid was memorable as well, breaching whales and all that. I can message you some details if you want.
