  Just got off the phone with an agent friend in another state. He used the phrase that I a soooooooo sick of hearing. There are multiple versions of the statement. I am technically illiterate. aka I am not tech savvy, I am not good with computers. 10 years ago that was reasonably acceptable. I realize you can leverage out technology.... So I recommend you get up 30 minutes early everyday, spend that 30 minutes learning. If you are not will to do that, then you are no longer allowed to make the statement.
