Hi, I am looking for a personal trainer who knows how to train someone over fifty and female . Not someone that thinks I am twenty and fit already. I want to be able to walk and move the next day and not feel like I have been put through a ringer . I would like to build my strength and fitness up gradually and safely . I am happy to train in a group setting or one on one. Is there such a trainer out there ?
