  Barbara R. wrote: Capture Destiny, Noelle Willis, is a nice lady, but a bad photographer. -Does not have a contract - can take up to take up to 3 days to reply to texts and emails - over books herself, causing her photos to be rushed, which results in poor editing - does not give correct time estimate for photos. My photos were 4 weeks late. - Has a max of a 14 week wait for wedding photos.
