  Chan at Modry Slon near Karlovo Namesti is super sweet and does great cuts, and I think his prices are good (+-600 kc). His shop is a bit of a mess but his personality more than makes up for it. 605 461 014. Also, in Zizkov, is Massimo Rocco (774 583 899). I love his cuts 50% of the time.
