We provide Interior & Exterior painting services to the Greater Jax Area, catering to both Residential and Small Commercial clientele. We are dedicated to providing each and every one of our clients with exceptional quality services and attention specific to there needs, desires, and budget. We hire only professional, respectable staff that is ether already skilled or willing and eager to learn. We offer fair, honest strait forward pricing that may be easily adjustable to most change order requests.
A complete Quality Interior paintjob through would include:
• Professional Quality Sherwin William’s Products
• If furnished: Moving furniture to a centralized location in each room
• Masking or coving of all necessary surfaces
• Patching and repairing any holes, cracks and other noticeable imperfections
• Quick overall sanding the walls
• Primer as needed: Product(s) used matching to area specific needs
• Caulking or re-caulking of all trim
• Two finish coats on walls
• As many coats necessary to create a smooth solid finish using Fast Coat Trim Paint
• A quick walk through by each member on staff to insure that nothing was missed or overlooked
• First Clean up: Folding up drop clothes. Collecting of any trash or debris. Cleaning of any paint drops or over-paint
• A Final walkthrough with the client to confirm complete satisfaction
• Detail cleaning of all services affected by our work: This usually includes Vacuuming, Sweeping, and/or moping. A wipe down all counter tops and the cleaning of interior windows, and mirrors.
You may elect to have additional services added or to have some of these services omitted to make it more specific to your needs and budget.
A complete Quality Exterior paintjob through would include:
• Professional Quality Sherwin William’s Products
• Pressure washing of all surfaces being painted.
• Minor carpentry and repairs
• Scrapping, Sanding and Priming of any areas where paint is peeling or... show more bubbling.
• Caulking of any seams and cracks as needed
• Clearing of the immediate surrounding area of the foundation
• Primer as needed: Product(s) used matching to area specific needs
• Masking or shielding as needed
• Two Finish Coats to Walls and Trim
• Replacement of the immediate surrounding area of the foundation
• A quick walk through by each member on staff to insure that nothing was missed or overlooked
• First Clean up: Folding up drop clothes. Collecting of any trash or debris. Cleaning of any paint drops or over-paint
• A Final walkthrough with the client to confirm complete satisfaction
• Cleaning of all exterior Windows.
You may elect to have additional services added or to have some of these services omitted to make it more specific to your needs and budget. There are multiple variables: wind, rain, temp. Etc. that can hold up the completion of exterior jobs Because of this we offer a discount to anyone who is able to schedule there interior and exterior together.
