I am an athlete who is also a coach and trainer. My workouts are functional, metabolic and core-intensive training. It's an all terrain boot camp feel. Using body resistance instead of just weights.
I use interval circuits, which helps training become fun and because every workout is different so you'll never get bored. Plus your body will burn calories like crazy and the intensity is up to you but the more you push, the more you'll get out of my trainings.
I not only train you but teach you in what is good for your body and how to get the most of out it. I will train you how proper form is going to make you strong and how to prevent injuries.
If you suffer from an injury like bad knees or back (just to mention a couple) I specialize in making you stronger and help to get that strength back in those problem areas. I can help you attain your fitness goals, also helping with your eating habits and suggestions for recipes.
