  Hi there. I was wondering if you would like to come to my house, sometime on Friday - to see the scope of work that needs to be done, and to give a detailed quote? A reminder of what I require for my 1600 sq' x 2 levels: -all walls repaired (this includes picture holes, dents, bigger holes) and repainted. This house has 12' ceilings in the basement - kitchen floor tile removed, and vinyl plank installed -backsplash in kitchen requires proper grout -a few window frames to be removed and replaced -a few blinds need to be installed -possible 4' x 8 section laminate in hallway to be replaced -garage needs all drywall removed, supports cleaned and drywall replaced -tons of little jobs, like caulking everywhere, finishing a sump pump hose, placing closet doors back in the sliders, and so much more. I want to meet different contractors, to obtain several quotes. Timeliness and efficiency is also a factor. Would consider a general contractor, that works with various people in different specialties. Message me if this is within your scope.
