  Yolanda C. wrote: Please use extreme caution with this business. They gave us a contract for a structure quoting a certain amount. They pulled draw after draw until the structure was nearly paid in full but they were only a quarter of the way through the job. When they found out we had no extra money, they packed their permit and our supplies and left, making sure to let us know that our framing will rot in the rain if we don't come up with more money. They later gave us a quote for twice the amount of the original contract to complete the building. Heartbroken to say the least.. I can't even imagine this happening to someone else.
