Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
We first started in the industry selling replacement solar hot water parts and finding ways to teach other plumbers how to fix systems. We now specialise in fixing hot water and solar hot water systems only.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
We enjoy seeing our customers response from our high level customer service.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We talk to our customers and explain what the problem is and how we are going to fix the problem they have called about. Spending time at the end of the job to understand what we have done and hot their hot water system works.
