  903 E Race St, Harriman · (865) 285-9651.....Do you know the red-light between Shell and God I cannot remember the store name...The red light, where coming form my house going toward Cherokee Middle School....The Shell and This other store is at the red light, you would turn right to go to Cherokee Middle School. Sassy Kutz is just 30 seconds before the red light on the right...there is Shell, The Tobacco Shop, The Baby Consignment Shop, The Sassy Kutz....Call and Ask for Melissa Ladd, she owns the shop....SHE IS WONDERFUL!!!! She just finished a Paul Mitchell class. She know her stuff!!!
