  Ok guys I need your help. This is the 2nd time this hair dresser has cancelled on me the day of. I have the morning off and I've waited three weeks to get highlights/lowlights and a cut. Anyone know anyone who is reasonable, in the palm harbor/Dunedin/countryside area,that can take me TODAY, preferably this morning. Recommendations and phone numbers greatly appreciated.
