  Karen N. wrote: My oil burner was "fixed" by another repairman the day before Hutch came to my home. The burner initially would not turn on then after the repair, it would not respond to the thermostat and stayed on no matter what I did to it short of turning it off at the emergency shut off switch. It was over 80 degrees in my house when I got home. I had to shut it off until I could get someone to come in to look at it. First repairman refused to come back. I was referred to Hutch. He came the same day, spent 2 hours looking at the burner and taking it apart step by step until he found the problem. It was a plug in the pig tail which was shutting off (locking the burner) so that it would not turn on with the relay box wired correctly. Hutch fixed the problem. He's now my new repairman.
