  JSL Construction, Jeremy Logar (727-409-2033). I found him on Angie's List and he did an outstanding job with the repairs at mom's house. He is a licensed contractor if that is what you are looking for. For General handyman stuff his brother Joe Logar (727-452-4038) is also excellent as is Peter Figueira from Men at Work Services (727-934-0348). Yes I have use them all at mom's house and encourage you to get multiple opinions and decide who fits your needs best for the job.
