  Hi, my name is Debbie McEachron and I'm a Realtor at ERA Landmark here in Bozeman. The homebuyer's class at HRDC is a great place to get information. Definitely visit a lender to find out where you are financially. It will help you focus your home search. I would strongly suggest using a local lender rather than an online company. There isn't a lot of inventory and we are coming into a season that typically has more buyers so having all your ducks in a row will help you to be able to move quickly when you find something that you love.
