  Hi I teach outdoor yoga classes at La Balsa Park Buddina! It's beautiful down there! My classes are for all levels as I offer variations within the classes. I'm there Tuesdays at 9 am and Thursdays at 7 am and 9 am, the first class is free to try:) no need to book just come along 10 mins early to your first class, I would love to see you there!
