  Sara H. wrote: Kyle is extremely unreliable. He is finishing plumbing for me in a large new construction home. He gives you a date that he is coming and does not show up. Most of the time he does not even call to tell you he is not coming and ignores voicemails, emails, and text messages and will not answer you when you ask "where are you --are you still coming?" I have wasted countless days waiting for him and there is not even the courtesy to say--I can't come today --half the time. His work may be okay--but it is utter frustration to deal with him. Besides his being unreliable--he wants money that is not due yet according to the contract and so even if you have a contract specifying when certain amounts will be due tied to certain work--he expects and freaks out if you don't pay him sooner. Lastly, the friend who recommended him told me that Kyle told him I made him buy and return a water heater and lose $200. I honestly don't know if my friend is lying about what Kyle said or Kyle is fabricating this story so he makes me look unreliable to my friend--who I stopped talking to since he recommended Kyle--BUT my two water heaters were in the basement already when Kyle arrived to do his work and before I even met him--he did not buy and/or return ANY water heaters for me--. I have to wonder if Kyle has some type of addiction or drug problem which causes him to constantly lie about when he is coming (this was not a one time thing where some emergency happened--it is the way he operates). I took the time to write this so someone else will be spared the aggravation and frustration of dealing with Kyle from KJM Plumbing--I did not deal with anyone else from his co.
