  NEED car insurance recommendation $160 - Gainesville, FL Hello all. I am looking for some help with car insurance. I'm 26 with my first car and have made the mistake of paying $160 a month on my car that has almost 400,000 miles. I have been paying for all the minimum required stuff plus extra uninsured coverage and roadside. However, I have been told by others that because my car is so high mileage, if I get in a wreck, they may not repair anything. I have no clue how this stuff works and if that is the case, I want to get cheaper insurance. I currently have Progressive but I probably didn't shop around as well as I should have and of course I cannot call and ask this because I doubt I'll get a direct answer. I'm thinking of switching to something cheaper but I have no clue if it's worth it. I own a 2011 Mazda 2
