  Well the thing is that kebab, chicken, lamb or even beef grilled over fire, itself you can get in BKK. But most of the time it's the "Arabic version" (I compare it with the shwarma I ate in Saudi Arabia e.g.). But a Turkish/European style Döner in the bread with all the frills (goat cheese, those "pfefferonen" chillies and the special sauces) is harder to get unfortunately. Although I heard that "the kebabry" comes close.
