  Roakers! We're back in the market for a GOOD, reliable house-cleaner. We've tried "the best" and the rest seem to do a better job for less (or is it just too much to ask for clean floors?). Any recommendations? Preferably someone who brings their own equipment, since the last independent decided that sucking up mop water with my Hoover upright was S.O.P. and left me to clean THAT too.
