  In Homestead there's a place called The Clip Joint that my mom swears by. I'm not sure of the prices, but I know for a fact they all speak perfect English. My Mom and I use April, but I'm sure all the stylists are good. It's on US1, a little south of Campbell Drive 305-247-6969 is the number I believe.
