  I need some help...I know people have posted about dog trainers...I need someone for our 9 month old puppy(we've had him for 2 months)-he jumps/climbs over our wall(I've never seen a dog jump like this in my life)/gnaws at the fence/tries to dig under to get to our neighbors dog-obviously this is a major issue and today he got over and got at the neighbors dog-please help!
