  I can recommend one in Chelmsford center called Color Nails They are at 60 Chelmsford street and their telephone number is 978-256-3387. I have never met anyone in there who wasn't very nice, no hood rats. One time all these beautiful young girls, who were beautifully dressed started showing up. I finally asked one where they had been so beautifully dressed before noon and they had all just attended graduation breakfast at the High School and were all getting manis and pedis in preparation for the prom.They were a really sweet group of girls chatting with the old lady! LOL!
