  I take my daughter to a individual pediatrician just across from the hospital at Addison and central. Since I moved to this area two years ago I called the hospital to refer me to a pediatrician and gave me Dr. Fielder's office number. I googled her and there are great reviews of her. It's a small office but they are really nice. (773)282-6906. They do accept medical card
