About us
I was a home improvement contractor for over 40 years and self employed for 32. The past two years I've made the transition to home inspections. I now strictly do home inspections for home buyers. My clientel has changed from homeowners wanting to improve thier home, to realtors wanting a good home inspection for thier clients. I've always had pride in my work and my attention to detail. I bring that expertise and attention to home inspections. Knowing all well that my client is also the buyer to the realtor. After hundreds of customers over the years i've learned how to communicate with people knowing what people want and expect from a home inspection. With this knowlege, I've also designed an exclusive report that is easy to read and understand.
