Cardiff Balloons are the only Certified Balloon Artist in Cardiff. We have 2 CBA's working within the business to bring our customers some of the best balloon work around.

We only ever use the best balloons available to us to ensure all of our balloon sculptures and decorations last for the optimum amount of time.
