They will give you a sob story about their former partner "messing up" the business, but then they will show that they are not reliable or respectable. They will not show up until after 7pm on days that it snows. They will also not show up and not bother to contact you when their truck breaks down on a day with 15" of snowfall, leaving you to shovel on your own, and then they won't even offer a refund or discount. When you then ask for a refund for the season except for the times they've actually come to the house, they will call you rude and stop responding to all calls and messages. They are not reliable and are not worth the money it cost to hire them. DO NOT HIRE! show less
