  Looking for a good electrician in Baltimore County. I live in Baltimore County (Rosedale) and I have a circuit breaker that is constantly tripping in my basement and it seems to only be happening after a heavy rain. Anyone have any recommendations on an Electrician or the problem? Thanks!

  http://www.bluejayinc.com/ - I had a problem with a breaker and he came out to inspect it. It was just a little loose, so he adjusted it and it was fixed. He didn't even charge me anything - not even a visit fee. So while the guy didn't actually do/fix anything, he totally earned my respect for being an honest and nice guy.
