  Glad to have called someone to tune-up and clean the furnace when I did. Not coming through the vents but some carbon monoxide leaking from the top of the unit itself. Small amount, but enough to cause the HVAC guy to write it up. It's the original with the house (1987) so probably a good time anyway. Any recommendations on good variable speed motor furnaces? Brands? And companies to install?
