  Can anyone recommend a hotel in downtown Pittsburgh? We are taking Amtrak from DC and then jumping on the GAP the next morning. The train gets in very late, so we need a hotel fairly close to the station, hopefully not too expensive and bicycle freindly.

  Hampton on Smallman street. They are very very close to amtrak as well. 412-288-4350 tell them Trailguide sent you... :)
