  Stefanie L. wrote: Costumer service terrible. Called to clarify charges and work that was not completed was yelled at and told that she was frustrated. They couldn't figure out why my electricity didn't work in the basement ( I was as to figure out that it was a switch upstAirs. ) which I would have loved to have fixed or rerouted . The grounded outlets were put in crooked and gaps/ holes left in the drywall . Will never use again
