  Lynwood animal hospital in bells corners with dr. Roscoe is the only avian certified vet in ottawa. There are a few vets around town that "see" birds, but I would be very cautious about taking my bird to someone who doesn't know what they are doing. Dr. Germain is on the Gatineau side, can't remember her clinic, but this is the clinic number (819) 643-2868.
