  I go to Dr Otto Liao at the a hoag Healthcare center on Beach. I have eczema and he has helped me a lot. Not sure of the non-insurance cost though. His number is 714-847-8564.

  We love Dr Liao at TMC allergy. http://www.tlcallergy.com/ They have an office in HB but share space with an urgent care (including lobby) so I prefer their Tustin office.
