  Investor-friendly, and inexpensive Roofers! Anyone have experience with an investor-friendly roofer? I know there are plenty of roofers out there that do good work, but not many that will be honest and tell you if they think it will simply pass inspection instead of just lining their pockets. No offense, but I prefer investors to respond, not roofing companies please.
