  Does anyone have any experiences getting furniture reupholstered? We have a nice retro wood frame sofa and easy chair that likely have the same upholstery since 80's or so and is starting to give up the ghost. Rather than tossing it and getting something "modern" we would like to get it reupholstered but not sure if the cost would be prohibitive compared to the value the furniture (it's not fancy stuff but we like it very much).
