The Cross Points Services, LLC facebook page is simple. We are the needle in the haystack. We are a group of highly skilled, educated, consultants who have joined forces with expertise in a wide variety of construction related fields. Yes, we are experts in storm damage.
We are founded by a group of consultants with the acumen to take on any project and handle it correctly, ETHICALLY and for a fair price. Our damage and storm restoration team does NOT conduct business similar to other contractors out there. If you are looking to not pay your deductible or to see if you can put money back in your pocket, we are not willing to commit insurance fraud to earn business.
Cross Points is dedicated to changing the way customers view contractors. By this statement, we are not attempting to be cliche. We are stating that: we will NOT be breaking the law, we will not be cutting deals that will land the homeowner in legal trouble, we will NOT be putting money back in your pocket on insurance claims, we will NOT be "eating" deductibles, we will NOT be offering anything but the highest quality products and not discounted second hand products like other contractors.
The aforementioned puts the customer at just as much risk as it does the contractor. We WILL offer the highest level of consult, explanation and quality of craftsmanship. We WILL offer a team of extremely experienced individuals that can handle any project, no matter how big or small. We WILL offer the highest level of attention and care to all our customers. We WILL offer a fair price so you will not need to wonder whether you're "getting your head ripped off."
After hiring Cross Points you will be able to sleep at night knowing that your largest investment was correctly repaired. You also won't have to worry about the insurance company representative knocking on your door to audit your claim. You will be safely covered from the new roof to all documented paperwork.
