About us

Island Veterinary Clinic is a comprehensive veterinary clinic in the Jurong East estate. It was founded by two experienced veterinarians, Dr Tharm Sook Keng and Dr Poon Yuet Foong, in March 2011.

Dr Poon Yuet Foong is a certified veterinary acupuncturist from the Chi Institute of chinese medicine and has expertise in traditional chinese medication that will help your companion animals be groomed to perfect health.

Dr Tharm Sook Keng has 8 years of experience as a skilled and experienced soft tissue surgeon and will ensure that your pets be treated with extreme care and precision.

Our healthcare team will strive towards the well-being of your pets by providing optimal service and holistic care at an affordable price.
