  Did you ask your neighbours if they have a 'touw en blok'? And is there a hook on your building? Then you can easily do it yourself (ok, with a little help of friends) IF it fits through your window... and it only costs you 10,- if you need to rent it. http://touwenblok.net/tarieven/
