  My 3 year old has been in speech therapy since August, and hasn't shown any progress with his therapist, but has been gradually improving at home. Because his therapist hasn't seen any improvement, they're discharging him from therapy at the end of the month. Are there any speech therapists who actually come to the home? I'm thinking maybe putting him in a controlled environment of his choosing might help him.

  My grandson had the same thing done to him. We then took him to Therakids. They were shocked anyone would do that and took my grandson. He was I believe 4 possibly 3 at the time. He continued with them until we moved out of state and improved greatly. I have nothing but praise for the people there they love their jobs and the kids and it shows.   Our boy went to Monroe hearing and speech near the health dept and they did the same to us.......he also went to therakids..i don't have the address for them but I'm sure my wife does....they were awesome we had miss Melissa and she was real good with tristan

  Try therakids. They don't go to your home but we love my sons therapist. He is 1&1/2 and not talking and were gone for over a month and each week he has been progressing with her.
