  Geoffrey E. wrote: My wife received a pre-paid appointment with Array for her birthday from her mother who has been a client there for several years. The appointment was for 930am so my wife had an early drive from Ottawa, where we live to Kemptville. Unfortunately traffic prevented her from arriving until 0941 ... exactly 11 minutes late. She called to alert Array that she'd be a few minutes late. Shouldn't have been a problem since there were no other customers in the store. When she walked in, Sydney greeter her with a cold look and said that she wouldn't take her because she was too late. When my wife explained that she'd had to drive from Ottawa and tried very hard to get there on time, Sydney merely shrugged and said "too bad, I can't help you". So ... if you like businesses for whom service is only a word, and where customers are treated as though they only get in the way, then Array is for you! Our advice ... find a more service oriented salon! There are many many better choices to be had!
