  Moved into a new house a month ago to an overgrown Oleander bush. I would like to find someone to trim 1-2 feet off the top of it (see the gorgeous mountain view behind it) so that it sits even, or just below, the back wall. Everywhere online says to trim between September-October, after blooming. Will it be harmful to trim now? Thanks for any help! :)
