  ATTENTION LENDERS: I have a property my LLC paid cash for back in March. The property is fully rehabbed. I'm looking for a lender/bank to do a cashout refinance at minimum 75%-80% LTV based on appraisal. The loan amount needed is about $100K. The LLC owns 4 other cash flowing properties right now and this would make 5. Can anyone do this loan for me?

  I did a similar deal w/ a property in Arlington a year ago [though we did move the property from the LLC to my name as its a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac loan]. Give Richard Woodward w/ Interlinc Mortgage a call@214-945-1066.
