Founded in 2013, weloveIT.co.za offers flexible IT support, professional IT project delivery and expert IT advice. We support small and medium-sized businesses throughout South Africa and Internationally.
weloveIT.co.za helps clients improve organisational and individual performance by leveraging well-managed IT infrastructure, backed up by expert IT support and advice.
Ours is a flexible approach. We can act as a client’s IT department, or supplement an existing IT function. In both cases, we aim to create long-term partnerships that add value through a combination of high quality day-to-day support, expert project delivery and well considered strategic advice.
Above all, we focus on what matters to our clients: delivering a quality service that represents good value.
Company History
Jared Kallie, currently Director of weloveIT problem solved (Pty) Ltd, founded wedoIT.co.za as a Sole-Prop in June 2005. The company serviced small business and home users with a range of onsite support, hardware and software as well as IT strategy. “Service delivery”, says Mr. Kallie, “is the reason people will refer, grow and trust in our business. We deliver no less than perfection and so our customers expect the same”.

Our Team
As you’d expect, we recruit only the most highly-qualified engineers and support staff. However, what really sets our people apart is that they also possess strong interpersonal skills. Our recruitment process is designed to tick both boxes.
This isn’t just because we like the idea of having bright, outgoing people around the office, and on the phone (we do, by the way). It’s also because we genuinely believe that personable, communicative engineers do a better job than those who are less able to relate to individual clients and their specific needs.

Our staff are formally accredited and trained, ensuring that they are fully equipped with the skills they need to implement and support the technologies of each of our partners. weloveIT.co.za has privileged access to the support teams of many of our partners, enabling us to escalate and resolve problems quickly on behalf of our clients.
