  I moved to Bellingham 3 years ago and I have tried everywhere else for hair cut. What I recommend is barber Shack (Barber Shack 2500 Cedarwood Ave, Bellingham, WA 98225 (360) 296-9190 https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ud6DM). The owner Jared is a wonderful person that tries to remember everyone's name and you can even text him or his worker for appointment. Everyone does a great job here and the price is awesome with $14 a haircut and they do shaving for free. The neck shaving kind not the facial hair kind. The have $10 Tuesday I believed still. I pay $11 because I'm a student.

  iso cheap but decent place for a haircut $20 - Bellingham, WA My boyfriend just got a new job so he decided it was time for a haircut. He'd like something like this, not the fancy fade on the sides and long on the top but doesn't want to pay a lot of money for something simple. $20 tops but looking for something cheaper.
