About Me:
I began my hair journey on the East Coast in 2011. I graduated in the top 10 of my school and as a Color Honors Student from Paul Mitchell The School Tysons Corner in McLean, Virginia. Also during my time as a Paul Mitchell student, I became certified in the Dinair Airbrush Makeup System. After obtaining my cosmetology license in Virginia, I became licensed in Maryland and began to work alongside National Paul Mitchell Educators at Art of Hair (A Paul Mitchell Focus Salon.) During my time at Art of Hair, I became a Certified Hair Talk Tape-In Extension Specialist. Shortly after becoming certified with Hair Talk, I went on to become a Pravana Certified Master Hair Colorist.
While working at Art of Hair, I gained additional training in New York City. I attended the Intercoiffure Fall Atelier and Gala where I met and trained with industry icons, celebrity stylists, and salon owners from all over the world. Additionally, I trained in New York City once more during the International Beauty Show.
After gaining a great deal of salon experience, I leased my first studio salon where I was able to expand on my creative freedom as both a stylist and salon owner. I began training in a six month course in the Hair:Mastered program. I studied session styling for photo shoots and publications with world renowned editorial stylist Sam McKnight whose work is featured on over 150 Vogue covers and has worked as the primary session stylist for countless celebrities, including the late Princess Diana.
Recently, I became certified in the Peter Coppola Keratin Smoothing Treatment.
I firmly believe in continuing my education and training so that I am able to offer my guests the best experience possible! My mission is to offer superior quality services in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
