They said it was still under warranty and refunded the whole price for me and applied the funds to a new mattress. All done in a timely manner. Very good service ! I recommend Timberline!

And they made it seem effortless when I was worried that the new larger size might not fit through our tight hallway! So happy, we shopped local… go check them out:) Thanks Timberline!
