About us
Our pricing is based primarily on the number of photos requested. We will create a Customized Price whenever there are homes that are larger than 5000 sf, or whenever a home has additional amenities such as Stables, Tennis Courts, Additional Detached Garages or even separate Community Facilities such as Pool, Greenbelts, Walking Trails, Parks, etc.
Real Estate Photo Shoots
Include pictues of the Front and Back views of the house, every bedroom in the house, kitchen and family areas, but we typically only do the garage if it has special features such as a nice workbench or wall of cabinets. Special Requests or houses with additional amenities are priced on a 'case by case' basis. You can call us for a CUSTOMIZED Quote.
$69 - (STANDARD) 15 photos -
$100 - (lARGE) 25 photos - Typically needed if you want pictures of large walk-in closets, utility rooms, media rooms etc.
$25 - Extra for a Youtube Video slide show with music - Example below!
$20 - Extra charge for any house longer than 30 miles one way from North Richland Hills
