It's for a couple, they live in Shanghai and Hong Kong, they want somewhere special. They are spending New Year's Eve in Silom so somewhere in that area would also be good, but not totally necessary.   A great place just opened...The Mexican. They only use Mexican peppers, no Thai chilies. Sukhumvit Soi 2 behind the JW Marriott. check them out at www.themexicanbkk.com
